How do I accept my offer?

  1. Pay your tuition fee deposit as stated on your UMass Lowell Navitas GSSP letter of offer. Payments may be made online by credit card (preferred; Visa, MasterCard and Discover accepted) or by wire transfer through direct deposit or telegraphic transfer. This fee must be paid before UMass Lowell can issue your I-20 form and formal letter of admission.

  2. Email the copies of all application documents including Felony Disclosure form, Visa Request form, original bank statement and a supporting letter if bank statement is not in the student’s name.

  3. The typical turnaround time is five business days for the I-20 to be processed. The original will be mailed out FedEx tracked delivery in addition to an email confirming the SEVIS and school code, allowing you to secure a visa appointment while the document is in transit.
